3. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed schedule. The following terms apply:

Rental Fees: Fees are determined based on the size of the storage unit and the duration of the rental period.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, direct bank transfers, and online payment systems.
Late Payments: A late fee may be applied if payments are not received by the due date. Continued non-payment may result in termination of the rental agreement.

4. Access to Units

Users are responsible for maintaining secure access to their storage units. The following regulations apply:

Keys and Codes: Users are provided with unique keys or access codes. Sharing these with unauthorized individuals is prohibited.
Access Hours: Access is permitted during the facility's designated hours. Any access outside these times must be arranged in advance.

5. Liability

The Provider's liability is limited as follows:

Damage and Loss: The Provider is not liable for any damage or loss to stored items unless caused by negligence or willful misconduct.
Insurance: Users are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for stored items, as the Provider's insurance does not cover personal property.

6. Insurance

Users can choose to insure their stored items. Details include:

Coverage Options: Various insurance plans are available to cover theft, fire, and other risks.
Claims Process: In the event of a loss, Users must file a claim with the Provider, providing necessary documentation and evidence.

7. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the rental agreement under certain conditions:

Notice Period: Users must provide a written notice of termination at least 30 days before the intended move-out date.
Early Termination: Early termination may incur additional fees as outlined in the rental agreement.
Eviction: The Provider reserves the right to evict Users for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities, following due legal process.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage West Hampstead operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

9. Amendments

10. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Provider regarding the use of storage services.
